This is normal, they just get large in hot weather. Please don’t get him a female hamster, I don’t like reckless breeding.

it is a not-so-rare condition known as “Aquatarian Testiculitus,” also known as “blue balls.” Most males of all species experience this condition FAR TOO OFTEN.
Just get him a good woman and he will be just fine! LOL
