stressful environment for a Roborovski Hamster?

I wake up at 6 A.M. every weekday with an alarm clock and I turn my lights on and off a lot. I could maybe use a flash light with a red film so only I can see it but I can’t do anything with the alarm clock. Could a roborovski hamster tolerate this? If not is there any alternative to I could try?
