~Usually,Dwarf Hamster breeds go well with each other as cage mates. However,in cases like yours, they may fight. It may be because of only 3 things I can think of:

•They simply do not go well with each other. Some hamsters, much like people,do not like the comfort of another cage mate.
•Lack of space.Perhaps your hamsters just don’t have much space in their cages.Try buying a larger, more comfortable cage and you probably will have no problem when it comes to rivalry. They need adequate space and territory in the cage.
•Lack of food. Are you sure you’re giving them exact and enough amount of food?Every time you see their bowl empty, you should replace it with new food.

~To clean their cage, simply remove the bedding, rinse with warm soapy water.
Scrub the whole cage with a brush and then wash off the soap with ordinary lukewarm water.Do this with gloves if your hamster is sick. Before placing the new bedding, make sure the cage is dry as not not attract maggots which prefer dark and moist places.Maggots are deadly for your hamsters. You may also want to clean even the cgae toys and materials as to ensure cleanliness.Cleaning the cage as well as they toys and other stuff could be done at the same time as to ease work.

P.S:just separate the two and do the things I said(buy a larger cage and organize the food schedule. And the introduce them again. If they fight, then they must be separated forever.

Separate your hamsters immediately. Hamsters are very territorial, even dwarfs. They will kill each other if you do not take action.
Empty out the bedding in the cage and wash it out with dish soap and water, then rinse and dry really well.

well seperate them because eventually they will kill eachother. also about the cage thing well,??? get another cage so you can seperate them.

Dwarf Hamsters CAN live together in the same cage, BUT only if the two Dwarf hamsters were in the same litter when you purchased them at the pet store. SEPARATE THEM if they are fighting. Duh. This could cause major njury and even involving death between the two hamsters. No one would want that!!
