What size wheels do dwarf hamsters need?

Hey :) I brought my two hamsters about a week ago. during that week i provided them with two wheels (which came with the cage) both are plastic and fine. well anyway today i brought them a 4 1/2 silent spinner wheel. anyway a few mins ago i watched one running on the new silent spinner and thought it looked a little small. On the box it came in, it said it was for dwarf hamsters. SO anyway is 4 1/2 too small for a dwarf hamster. P.s i have 2 campbells russian hamster. :) thanks for your help - adam
btw there about 6 weeks old :)

2nd UPDATE: This are looking up! will keep you guys posted~ xoxo UPDATE: I know a hamster seems like no biggie, and the least intrusive of all pets (aside from fish, turtles, and reptiles perhaps). So I figured this hamster was so tiny, it would be okay? However, you don’t know my mom… she can be a little nuts when it comes to pets.
